Hannie chocolate is one of only a handful of companies in Africa to make their chocolate from 'bean to bar'. That is, we work directly with our own cocoa growers that we train to make finest quality cacao beans and use stone grinder, artisan equipment and traditional methods to roast, mix and mould the chocolate in batches, creating truly unique chocolate bars.

Yes, gift wrapping is available for $5.6. All gift orders will be wrapped in a beautiful gold-foiled black gift box. Please include your message in the notes section upon checkout and we will ensure a card is also included in your delivery.
We ship our products on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays each week via express post. We do not ship our products on a Friday to ensure that your items arrive in optimal condition and are not left in a warehouse over the weekend. Orders placed before 10:00am will be sent out on the same day.
Chocolate is best stored in a cool, dry place ideally between 15-20 degrees celsius. Keep your chocolate out of direct heat or sunlight and away from strongly fragranced items. Do not store your chocolate in the fridge as this can cause condensation to form on the chocolate.
Our dark chocolate products have expiry 24 months after the production date. Our milk chocolate products have an expiry of 14 months are the production date.
