Because chocolate is sensitive to heat, we also take great care when shipping our products. Please refer to the following guidelines to determine the best shipping method for your package.
Order by 3:00 pm to Ship Next Business Day
One Business Day Service
Order by 3:00 pm (East African Time) Monday through Friday, and we will ship your package the next business day. Please note that orders placed on Saturday are held and shipped from our factory on the following Monday.
Six Business Day Service
Order by 3 p.m. (East African Time) Monday – Friday and we can ship your package out the next business day. Orders placed after 3 noon Thursday for two-day shipment will be held and shipped from our factory on the following Monday.
Promotional Shipping
Orders taking advantage of shipping promotions may take up to 3-5 business days to process. Please see individual promotion for delivery expectations.
PO Boxes
Our carriers can ship to PO boxes, and valid street address when placing your order.
Temperatures Over 70 Degrees
Chocolate starts to melt at 70 degrees F. When the ship-to destination has the potential to be in the 70’s or higher, your options for shipping will be limited to one or two-day service to ensure the integrity of the chocolate.
Temperatures Over 90 Degrees
When temperatures have reached 90 degrees F or higher at the ship-to destination, your option will be restricted to one-day service.
